You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item(s).

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Certain products (e.g., custom-made items, perishable goods, underwear, software) are non-returnable. Please check the product page before purchasing.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide: Order number, product name(s), reason for return, and proof of delivery (e.g., order screenshot).

We will reply within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and return address.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective/wrong item received: Please contact us with photos/videos. After verification, we will cover the return shipping cost (or provide a free return label).

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal). The actual crediting time depends on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges (unless our error) are non-refundable.
